This
was a partnership arrangement to provide a multi-storey
car park and a residential development on a central
site in Sale town centre. There are 441 secure
parking spaces on 11 levels in a rectangular block,
and 41 apartments, mainly shared ownership and
some for outright sale, in the form of a curved
block which addresses Broad Road and the town
centre. External walls are faced with brickwork,
terracotta rainscreen and glazed elements. TADW
