Professional Experience

Graham was a founding Partner of TADW Architects since the Practice’s inception in February 1983 and is presently a Director in TADW Limited.

He has a detailed knowledge of the building industry which is based on 35 years extensive experience in the design and legislation governing construction. Graham’s “hands on” approach to projects from inception to completion has enabled the highest standards of service to Clients on which TADW Architects pride themselves and these standards are reflected through the service provided by all members of the Practice.

Graham has been involved in numerous projects as Planning Supervisor since 1995 on projects carried out by TADW.

Summary of Experience

Residential

The former Beswick Co-op, Longsight, Manchester. Conversion former Co-op building into 19 apartments, 4 shops and Community Centre. Manchester Methodist Housing Group.

Children’s Brain Injuries Unit, The David Lewis Centre, Alderley Edge.
Support and accommodation for 12 children.

Reimprovement of 8 existing hostels in North Manchester providing more self contained accommodation for ex offenders (81 bed spaces total). NACRO.

Improvement existing Surgery in Stockport to provide 5 self contained bedsits for Equity Housing Group/Stockport Learning Disability Partnership.

Conversion 2 No. Victorian semi into large family houses in Levenshulme, Manchester. Manchester Methodist Housing Group.

External façade and external works improvements to approximately 350 dwellings in Northmoor, Longsight, Manchester for Manchester City Council with Manchester Methodist Housing Group.

New Build development 4 flats and a large 6 bed shared house, Ellesmere Port for Muir Group Housing Association.

Conversion of former mill, Stockport. New Build and refurbishment for Equity Housing Group.
